Our philosophy is based on baking high quality bread. Yes, this sounds so simple and obvious when nowadays it is no longer a natural given.
To us, baking bread is a craft, an art and a process that feeds on dedication.
Coloring agents, preservatives, artificial flavor enhancers and baking mixtures do not find any use in our bakery. We consciously do without them.
We daily prepare our organic sourdoughs and various starter doughs in order to guarantee a natural development of our bread’s unique characteristics.
This way of baking requires a healthy portion of optimism and hard work to generate high quality products.
Products
Organic bread:
A variety of all natural types of bread stone-baked from organic ingredients.

Regular bread:
We also bake bread, bread rolls and pastries from „regular“ ingredients.
Business Hours
On the following days we mobilize our bread van.
All our organic bread can be bought then and there, other types of bread can be pre-ordered.
